PERSONAL FLEXIBLE TIME DEPOSIT (Effective 2/8/2016)

This product is for both Personal and Business account. The interest rate and annual percentage yield will not change for the term of the account.

Minimum account opening amount is $100,000.
Term: 24 months
Special Features: 2 additional deposits and 2 withdrawals (without penalty) are allowed within the term of the CD. However, withdrawals amount total cannot be exceed half (50%) of the principle balance.
Interest is payable either monthly, quarterly by check or automatic transfer to your Mega Bank Checking or savings account, or can remain on deposit
No service charges
Penalty for early withdrawal apply if withdraw is made on or before the 7th day after the account opened.

***Account Limitations

For Tiered Personal Savings and Tiered Personal Money Market accounts, no more than six (6) pre–authorized, automatic, or telephone transfers may be made from these accounts to Checking accounts or to a third party in any month. For Tiered Money Market accounts, no more than three (3) of these six (6) transfers may be made by check, draft or debit card to a third party. If you exceed these limitations, your account may be subject to a fee or be closed. These Account Limitations do not apply to Checking accounts.
